Federal Conservatives on the defensive.

It's only the middle of the week and the Conservatives are getting slammed from the left, right and centre.

The speaker ruled that Bev Oda, who changed a document and then lied about it in the house is a very bad Conservative.

Then you have the whole in and out scandal from the 2006 election whereby the Conservative gave money to about 60 ridings and then the ridings gave the money back to the central party. The Prime Minister's chief of staff who at the time was a big wig at the party HQ, along with 2 sitting Senators, and a few other high ranking Conservative could face charges under the elections act.

Next the Speaker ruled that the Conservative must release the full cost of their crime bill, which for some reason the law and order Conservatives seem to think that we as taxpayers don't need to know this information.

Then you have Jason Kenney who's staff member used the Minister's letterhead to send out a request for donations to the party.

Finally today Rahim Jaffer is demanding that the MP's the grilled him last year say they are sorry. Ya right like that's going to happen..

But I'm sure that my local Conservative friends will say that these are not issues at all and the "Loonie Left" would do and say anything to put down Chairman Harper...Well when you have a government that prides itself on being accountable, fiscally responsibile, and being the law and order party, one has to question if the Conservatives are just stupid for allowing all the above to happen, or if it's part of Harper's master plan to force an election?

Until next time!
