How true is the statement that Congress is now under the management of the same party that caused the mess in the first place when George W. Bush was President.
Yes everyone will still blame the Democrates as they controlled the House and Senate, but it's the President that sets the agenda and boy did George W. Bush have a really screwed up agenda.
Now with the House under Republican control, what was the first order of business? Well it was to have every member of both parties read a portion of the U.S. Constitution. One would think that if you are running for Congress you would know a good portion of the U.S. Constitution. With unemployement at 9.4%, the debt level going through the roof, still fighting 2 wars, and this is how they spend their time.
A word of advice to my Republican friends, you now have the power to bring about change, you can no longer sit on the sidelines and complain about the job Obama is doing. You must act, and if you don't act, then the voters will toss you out on your butts come 2012.
